About the Job
Costa Auto Care and Tire is a family-owned repair and tire shop serving Oakland since 1984. We're growing, with plans to add locations, and we're looking for a Service Advisor to grow with us.

What you'll do:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns.
- Explain inspection findings and repair recommendations clearly and honestly.
- Write and present estimates, and follow up on approvals.
- Keep the shop's schedule and workflow moving with our technicians.
- Keep customers updated from drop-off to pickup.
What we're looking for:
- Service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred; we'll train the right person.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Organized and comfortable on a computer (shop management software is a plus).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
